Joe Buccino is a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the military, government, and corporate world. With over 27 years of experience at the highest levels of national security, he has shaped communications during some of the most consequential moments in recent history.
As Communications Director for U.S. Central Command and press secretary to two U.S. Secretaries of Defense, Joe advised senior military commanders and cabinet officials on strategic messaging, crisis response, and narrative development in complex geopolitical environments. He was named the Raglan Communications PR Media Relations Executive of the Year in 2025. Today, he serves as the House Republican Comms Director.
